The terms that govern your use of HeritageOne's website and services.

Using this website

By accessing heritageone.com.sg, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.

Reservations

  • Reservation requests submitted online are subject to confirmation by our team. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive direct confirmation by phone, SMS, or email.
  • We reserve the right to release unconfirmed tables 15 minutes after the reserved time.
  • We do not hold credit card details for reservations. There is no cancellation fee for individual dining reservations. We kindly ask for at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations so we can offer the table to other guests.

Catering and Party Hall

  • Catering and Party Hall bookings require a minimum deposit to confirm the date, as agreed at the time of quotation.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event date may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit, depending on preparation costs incurred.
  • Final guest counts must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.

Online ordering

Orders placed via third-party platforms (GrabFood, foodpanda, Oddle) are subject to those platforms' own terms and conditions. Disputes regarding delivery, fees, or platform conduct should be directed to the respective platform.

For orders placed directly through our website or WhatsApp, we will endeavour to fulfil orders as described. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or a refund.

Pricing

All prices shown on this website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery fees (where applicable) are shown at checkout or agreed separately.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photography, menus, brand assets, and design, is the property of Royal Peacock Pte Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use this content commercially without prior written consent.

Allergens and dietary information

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, and other allergens. While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary needs before ordering.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests aged 18 and above, in accordance with Singapore law. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse service.

Menu and photographs

Menu items, prices, and availability may vary. Photographs on this website are for illustration only and may differ from the actual dish served. We reserve the right to modify the menu without prior notice.

Ratings and reviews

Customer ratings and review counts shown on this website reflect figures as of the date the site was last published. For the most up-to-date ratings, please check the respective platforms (Google, TripAdvisor) directly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Royal Peacock Pte Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
