What information we collect

• Make a table reservation (name, phone, email, party size, date)
• Submit a catering or party hall enquiry
• Send us a message via the contact form or WhatsApp
• Leave feedback through our feedback form

We do not collect payment card data directly. All transactions are handled by our payment partners (PayNow, GrabPay, bank POS terminals).

How we use your information

• To confirm and manage your reservation or enquiry
• To respond to your messages and questions
• To send you booking confirmations and reminders (by phone, SMS, or email)
• To improve our service based on feedback

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

WhatsApp Channel

Our WhatsApp Channel is a one-way broadcast. When you subscribe, we cannot see your phone number, and we only send one-way updates about new dishes, events, and promotions. You can mute or leave the channel at any time.

Data retention

Reservation and enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months for operational purposes, then deleted or anonymised. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Withdraw consent and request deletion

Third-party services

This website does not connect to any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. All fonts and assets are hosted on our own server.

Cookies

This website uses only essential session storage (to remember your "new here" banner dismissal). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff who need it to fulfil reservations, enquiries, and orders.
